Terms of Use for BoltonSmith Inc. Support Ticket Donation Program

  1. Introduction This document outlines the terms of use for the BoltonSmith Inc. Support Ticket Donation Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions.

  2. Eligibility The Program is open to all customers who submit a valid support ticket through the official BoltonSmith Inc. support channels. BoltonSmith Inc. reserves the right to verify the validity of support tickets and to disqualify any ticket deemed fraudulent or abusive of the Program.

  3. Donation Mechanism For each eligible support ticket, BoltonSmith Inc. will donate $1 to The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Donations will be made on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis, and the total donation amount will be calculated based on the number of eligible support tickets received within the specified period.

  4. Limitations and Discretion

    • BoltonSmith Inc. reserves the right to cap the total donation amount at its sole discretion.

    • The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of BoltonSmith Inc.

    • BoltonSmith Inc. reserves the right to exclude any individual or ticket from the Program at its discretion, particularly in cases where there is a suspicion of abuse or fraud.

  5. No Abuse Policy

    • Any attempt to abuse the Program by creating multiple or fraudulent support tickets, or by any other means, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and may lead to further legal action.

    • BoltonSmith Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any individual or entity that violates these terms.

  6. Liability BoltonSmith Inc. is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that arise from participation in the Program. The Program is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind.

  7. Changes to the Terms BoltonSmith Inc. reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Acknowledgment By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
